History - Biography

Mr. Evangelos Giannoulas was born in 1978 in Athens, grew up in Ioannina and is the father of three children.

He studied at South Bank University in London from where he graduated in 2000 and specifically obtained a Bachelor Degree from the School of Civil Engineering. In 2002 he completed his Master Degree at the same university. He also worked as a Civil Engineer at Chanton Group PLC and then at Waterman & Aspen based in London.

He returned to Greece in 2002 and worked for a year at ETERNA, based in Athens, as a supervising engineer. He then served his military service and returned to Ioannina where he created the GCons "Giannoulas Construction - Consulting", where he was initially involved in issuing building permits and supervising projects. He also worked as an external partner in construction companies in restoration, repairs and road construction projects.

To date, he has carried out a large number of projects in the public and private sector, with the main areas of employment being consulting services, the complete execution of projects, from the issuance of a building permit and the construction execution management to their completion, the undertaking of private projects with the system of consideration, the preparation of complete files (NSRF, contracts, etc.), the preparation of expertise for the Technical Chamber and court cases, etc.

In addition, he has attended numerous seminars and conferences at certified institutions.

In parallel with his work, he is:

• Member of the Technical Chamber since 2006
• Member of S.E.K.E. (Greek Appraisers Association) since 2015
• Elected member of the Steering Committee of the Technical Chamber of Greece / Epirus Department from 2016 until today
• Regular member of the company DEYA Ioannina from 2014 to 2017
• Alternate member of the administration of the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Ioannina from 2013 to 2019
• Owner and manager of the Guesthouse "Mansion of Tzoumerka" based in Agnanta Arta
